How do we do it?
The manager assigns to the contractor the salary to be earned, as well as the position to be performed and other configurations associated with the contract and the operation.
The employee receives their employment contract through the platform. This contract stipulates all the hiring conditions to be signed electronically. After it is signed, the system will save this document in the employee's file and a copy of the contract will be sent to the employee.
